TOGS Mind is recruiting a Service Manager to lead a 12-month fixed-term pilot for a Greater Manchester Overnight Community Crisis Hub in Oldham. You will oversee governance, safeguarding and performance, and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, person-centred crisis support.
You will bring substantial line-management experience in mental health or community services, a commitment to recovery and trauma-informed practice, and a passion for improving outcomes for adults in crisis.
