As a Production Manager, you’ll drive operational excellence, lead high‑performing teams within Production, and foster a culture of zero‑harm by choice.

• Drive operational excellence and lead high‑performing production teams, fostering a zero‑harm culture.
• Promote continuous improvement by utilising lean manufacturing tools and techniques across the site.
• Liaise closely with Shift Managers and the CI Manager to maximise productivity, minimise waste, and manage costs from waste control, labour, materials and consumables.
• Support and promote the training and development of colleagues, enriching knowledge, skills and capability to ensure a multi‑skilled team.
• Support the site in effectively maintaining audit standards relating to BRCGS, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and SMETA Sedex.
• Oversee multiple areas including manufacturing, P&L, budgets and people management, positioning the role as a pathway to senior roles within the business.

• At least five years’ Production Management experience within FMCG manufacturing environments.
• A Green Belt or Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering a significant change/transformation project.
