Shift Supervisor CNC Manufacturing

SPAW Engineering is a dedicated supplier of precision parts to European Turbo Charger Manufacturers. Due to the continued expansion of our business and product range this has led to the following vacancies arising.

Due to continued business growth and a recent restructure within the organisation, we are recruiting an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our expanding manufacturing team.

Reporting to the Production Manager
, you will lead and oversee the production of precision CNC components on your shift. You will play a key role in ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and people management.

We are currently recruiting on both the following shifts

Days ---------- Mon-Thurs 8am-6pm £15.34ph - £17.51ph depending on experience

Weekends ---- Fri-Sun 8am-8pm £19.07ph - £21.77ph depending on experience

• Supervise and coordinate production activities on shift
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures across the site
