Salary: 33K – 37K DOE – overtime at 1.5x

XCL Group are working alongside an established injection moulding company who are looking for an experienced tool changer/ setter to join their production team on a permanent 14:00pm – 22:30pm shift.

Job Responsibilities:

* Perform tool changes and colour changes, machine start-ups and shutdowns

* Troubleshooting the machines to make sure they’re running efficiently

* Log material usage, changeovers and downtimes, implementing process changes to improve production output/quality

* Deliver manufacturing targets through clear communication of work order expectations

* Basic pick and place robot usage (Sepro, Krauss, A.T.M)

* Work well as a team to support the development of employees in your work area

* Liaise with other teams/ departments to ensure efficiency

Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in injection moulding

* Overhead crane training certificate

* A good understanding of polymers, materials associated with the injection moulding process

* Good organisational and communication skills

Hours:

* Monday – Friday

* 2pm – 10:30pm
