Team Leader - Production
Location:
Lees, Oldham
Rate: £13.00 per hour

Job OverviewWe're currently seeking a motivated and experienced Production Team Leaders to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone with proven supervisory experience in a production or factory setting, looking to step into a leadership role within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a production line team of approximately 8 operatives
- Operate production machinery and assist with resolving technical issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards
- Foster a positive team culture and support individual performance and development
- Confident and approachable leader with team motivation skills
- Strong collaborator with a hands‑on approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to think on your feet and resolve challenges efficiently
