Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (Overtime available at enhanced rates)

Our client, a market-leading manufacturer based in Oldham
, is looking to recruit an Assembly Operative to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks

• Assembling and producing wooden doors
• Using hand and power tools (full training provided)
• Carrying out basic assembly and production duties
• Manual handling - good physical fitness is essential

• Recent, solid work history (work references will be checked at interview stage)
• Hands‑on, practical skills
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills (tests will be carried out at interview)
• Reliability, good attention to detail, and willingness to learn

• £12.71 per hour starting rate
• Overtime available at enhanced rates
