6AM - 6PM / 3 On 3 Off Days (With the flexibility to work nights when required)

We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and experienced Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations within a manufacturing facility. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for leadership, process optimization, and high-quality production standards.

• Experience with in a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a Manufacturing / Production team, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001.
• Experience troubleshooting defects and optimising processes.
• Valid FLT license
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles (Desirable)
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and machinery (Desirable)

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production employees to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
• Oversee the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of plastic extrusion machinery.
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, downtime, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with other departments (quality control, maintenance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, safety updates, and key objectives.
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.
• Address any operational issues promptly and work towards effective resolutions.
• Ensure that production targets are met on time, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
