We're recruiting experienced Food Production Line Leaders to join a modern, purpose-built food manufacturing site in Chadderton, Oldham
. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary to permanent position after 12 weeks with a growing business.

• AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00): £14.28 per hour
• PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00): £14.28 per hour
• Night Shift (Sunday
  - Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00): £17.14 per hour

As a Food Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the production line while ensuring food safety, quality, and production targets are achieved.

• Leading and motivating a team of production operatives
• Carrying out CCP (Critical Control Point) checks
• Monitoring and recording product temperatures
• Checking ingredient measurements and ensuring recipe accuracy
• Supervising the production of ready meals
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, quality, and health & safety
• Completing production paperwork accurately
• Supporting continuous improvement and meeting production targets

• Previous experience as a Line Leader within a food manufacturing environment
• Experience carrying out CCP checks
• Knowledge of temperature monitoring and ingredient measurement
• Experience working with ready meals or similar food products
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A good understanding of food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards
