Competitive Job Type: Full time, Permanent Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced Welders, MIG/TIG Welders and Platers to join our fabrication team in our Oldham and Sheffield sites. Working within a heavy manufacturing environment, you will be involved in the production of high-quality fabricated components, working from engineering drawings and specifications to meet demanding quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications Mark out, assemble, fit, tack and weld components Carry out plating, fabrication and welding activities to the required standard Use fabrication machinery, welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy Work with overhead cranes and lifting equipment where trained Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area Follow all company quality and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Welder, MIG/TIG Welder or Plater within fabrication, engineering or heavy manufacturing Ability to work from engineering drawings Strong practical fabrication and welding skills Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Awareness of safe working practices and lifting operations Reliable team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
