We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Coordinator to join our team and help raise awareness of our services, events and fundraising activities.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, email marketing, websites and internal communications.
- Capture and edit high-quality photography and video content that showcases the impact of our work.
- Design engaging materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Help to grow our social media presence through organic and paid campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Linked In.
- Update and improve our Word Press website, ensuring content is engaging, accessible and optimised for SEO.
- Write news stories and press releases that build awareness of the Hospice and our work.
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights and audience feedback to evaluate performance
- Create email campaigns through Mailchimp and support targeted communications using CRM data.
- Work closely with colleagues, volunteers, supporters, patients and families to identify and share meaningful stories.
- Support fundraising initiatives, campaigns and events.
Dr Kershaw's is looking for you!
We're keen to hear from people who can demonstrate:
- Experience in marketing, communications, PR or digital marketing.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating content for multiple audiences and channels, including social media.
- Knowledge of Word Press or similar content management systems, plus Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- The ability to build positive working relationships across a wide range of departments.
- A proactive approach, creativity and excellent attention to detail.
