What you will be doing:- Oversee and provide high‑quality care and support to people in a mental health setting.
- Support staff and colleagues and promote teamwork.
- Lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care and delivery of clinical services, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run well.
- Delegate nursing tasks to staff in the unit and coordinate with other teams.
- Monitor service users’ conditions and respond to changes.
- Supervise other members of the unit and provide guidance and support.
- Make critical decisions regarding service‑user assignments, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Act as liaison between nursing staff and other health‑care professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- A relevant nursing qualification.
- NMC registration.
- A positive attitude, caring and compassionate nature.
- A commitment to high‑quality care, values, and evidence‑based practice.
- Interest in helping deaf people with mental health problems.
- Relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Proven track record of leadership skills.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team at All Saints Hospital, providing care for people who are deaf or have complex communication needs in a culturally sensitive service that uses British Sign Language.
