£55,000 basic salary plus £3,500 Car Allowance and Bonus £5000

Our client is a UK based manufacturer of high-quality bespoke products that serves mainly the construction, marine, oil & gas, and automotive industries.

They have been in business for over 45 years with a turnover of £6.5M and are entering an exciting new phase of growth. They currently sell all across the world and are known for high quality on time products that sees a high level of returning customers.

They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help shape their future.

The role offers real influence, responsibility and a clear pathway to senior leadership. You will play a central role in driving commercial performance, strengthening customer relationships, and building a scalable, high-performing sales function.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a growing sales team across office and field-based roles
Drive revenue growth through structured sales activity
Develop and manage key customer relationships
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Work closely with leadership to shape commercial strategy
Support recruitment and development of future sales talent

Own and deliver sales targets and forecasts
Implement consistent sales processes and reporting
Feed insight into product and commercial decision-making

Experience required:

Ideally you will be from the construction related industries but this isn’t essential.

You must have strong management experience within sales and be able to lead and manage a team and grow new business.

Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
Hybrid working (minimum two days per week in the office)
