We are looking for an ambitious and driven used Car Sales Manager to join Holdcroft Motor Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales leader or a successful used Car Sales Executive ready to step into their first management role.

• Drive sales performance and achieve departmental targets
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team
• Oversee the customer journey from lead generation to vehicle delivery
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve profitability
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities
• Commercially aware and results-driven
• Full UK driving licence
