What you will do:

• Provide dedicated support under the Safeguarding and Care Planning framework, ensuring the welfare of children and families is at the heart of decision making.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate resources to meet statutory requirements and ensure the effective delivery of services.
• Engage directly with children, families, and partners to ensure their voices are heard and incorporated into the planning and execution of care strategies.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

• A degree or equivalent in social work, attesting to your knowledge and commitment to the field.
• Current Social Work England registration, reflecting your professional standing and dedication to maintaining industry standards.
• Substantial frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker, proving your capability in managing the diverse challenges encountered in this rewarding sector.
