This client is a well-established, family-run Independent Fostering Agency with a strong reputation for providing a warm, personal and highly supportive service to foster carers and young people. Due to continued growth across the North West , we are looking to recruit an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our friendly and dedicated team.

We truly value our social workers. Caseloads are carefully managed so you can spend quality time supporting foster carers and children - maintaining the family feel that makes our agency special.

The Role

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will:

* Support and supervise a caseload of foster carers

* Complete high-quality Form F Assessments

* Work directly with children and young people to promote positive outcomes

* Contribute to a supportive, team-focused culture

* Benefit from hybrid working following successful induction

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

* A Qualified Social Worker who is SWE registered

* Experienced in fostering or children's social work (minimum 2 years desirable)

* Confident in completing Form F Assessments

* Organised, proactive and committed to high standards

* Passionate about relationship-based practice
