Responsibilities
- Assess the support needs for complex Service Users, Carers and Families, where their circumstances may be difficult and unstable.
- Prepare, attend and participate in meetings and decision‑making forums, such as Court appearances, Reviews, Panels, Case Conferences or team meetings.
- Be proactive with respect to complex Safeguarding issues and follow relevant policies and procedures if abuse is suspected.
We're looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated social worker to join our team to undertake the role of complex case worker. You would be joining a team which includes a Social Care Lead, Senior Practitioners, Social Workers, Community Support Workers, and Administrators all working collaboratively to make a real difference in people's lives.

Qualifications- A Social Work degree or an equivalent recognised Social Work Qualification, e.g. DipSW.
- Experience of working in multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver social work services.
- Experience of analysing and collating information, and writing reports appropriate to formal settings.
- Experience of living or working abroad for 3 months or more in the last 5 years or 12 months or more in the last 10 years whilst aged 18 or over. For details on obtaining Certificates of Good Character, see
