The role

In this role you will be required to manage cases of housing related anti‑social behaviour and work as part of a neighbourhood team to help deliver safe and sustainable communities. You will be required to support the team in meeting all relevant expectations and standards relating to the social housing regulator and tenant satisfaction measures; complaints within scope of the housing ombudsman service;

safeguarding adults and children and managing a diverse range of neighbourhoods through positive estate management.

You will need to ensure all customers are treated fairly, with respect and in recognition of their individual requirements and any protected characteristics, and that all customer complaints and enquiries are dealt with promptly and to a high standard.

The right fit
  • Experience of working in a social housing environment, managing tenancies and managing ASB cases effectively is essential.
  • You have the ability to prioritise your workload and work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
  • You’re self‑motivated and able to use your own initiative to find solutions.
  • You can demonstrate empathy when dealing with and resolving dispute situations.
  • You must be willing to develop an awareness of risk and associated policies to ensure that procedures are followed and risk is managed appropriately.
  • Excellent customer centric approach to work with good interpersonal and communications skills both written and verbal.
  • A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential.
