Position: Children's Team Manager - Complex safeguarding
Our client Oldham Council is looking for a Children's Team Manager to join their Complex safeguarding team.

As a Team Manager in Oldham, you will manage a busy team of social workers to deliver effective services within the Complex Safeguarding Hub. You will be responsible for the management, supervision, and professional development of the members of your team and ensuring that children and young people's needs are met through quality interventions. In this role you will be dedicated to supporting children and young people who are experiencing exploitation or who are at risk of exploitation.

You will work closely with colleagues from GMP and Health.
