• Case Management:
  Manage a complex caseload of children and families, ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures, legislation, and statutory requirements.
• Assessment and Planning:

• Multi-Agency Working:
  Collaborate effectively with professionals from Education, Health, Police, and other partner agencies to deliver coordinated support.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive electronic case records in accordance with professional standards and statutory guidance.
• Service Improvement:
