Children's Team Manager- Frontline

Our Client, a Greater Manchester council is seeking a Team Manager to join their Frontline Team. Fantastic payrate of up to £46 per hour! Providing strong leadership and management to a team of Social Workers, Advanced Practitioners and Support Staff. Ensuring robust management oversight and effective risk management. Leading on complex safeguarding decisions and statutory interventions. Driving high-quality assessments, plans and interventions that improve outcomes for children and families. Chairing strategy discussions, professional meetings and departmental panels as required. Overseeing Child Protection, Child in Need and Children Looked After work.

Supporting social workers through reflective supervision and professional development. Promoting excellent partnership working across multi-agency networks. Monitoring performance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Contributing to service development and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements of this role:
Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
