New Bridge Horizons in Oldham is recruiting an Activity and Community Engagement Coordinator on a 22-hour week, over three days, on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. Based across our two Oldham sites, the role develops inclusive activity programmes, builds community links and supports people to achieve their goals.
You will work collaboratively with families, carers and partners, ensuring safeguarding and governance, while monitoring outcomes and managing activity budgets. Start date soon.
