Logistics Coordinator

Our client is a well-established industrial packaging manufacturer, specialising in bespoke packaging solutions for customers across a wide range of industries.

On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage the day-to-day transport operation, ensuring deliveries are planned efficiently, vehicles remain compliant, and customer expectations are consistently met. This is a varied and hands-on role requiring excellent organisational skills, transport planning experience, and a strong understanding of fleet administration and transport compliance.

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm (early finish on Fridays when workload allows)
• £33,000 per annum
• 5% annual performance bonus

• Plan and schedule daily transport routes and coordinate collections.
• Liaise with production, customers, drivers and third-party hauliers to ensure deliveries run efficiently.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, servicing, MOTs and inspections to maintain fleet compliance.
