Experienced FLT Reach Driver

What you will be doing:

• Assisting the stores team leader to manage stock and spares requirements
• Moving large stock with a Reach FLT
• Carrying out line feeding duties when needed
• Stock control and basic picking and packing around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading of deliveries
• Operating the Reach FLT trucks in and around the warehouse
• Manual handling and reporting any damages to the product
• Adhering to strict health and safety policies, procedures and all rules and regulations at all times
• Communicating effectively within the workplace
• Identifying and labelling pallets for dispatch
• Ensuring the shopfloor is tidy and organised
• Working with the dispatch supervisor to develop processes that complete the production schedule in a timely manner and supporting the dispatch and stores team leaders in their day‑to‑day tasks

• Experience of working in a busy production warehouse/environment
• Valid external FLT Reach licence
• Confident and flexible nature in dealing with issues that arise
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Good concentration with keen eyes for detail
• PC literate, experience of utilising Microsoft Office packages
• Successful candidate must complete a drug and alcohol test at the Oldham office before starting and have no criminal record

• Immediate start after successful interview
• Monday to Friday between 7am – 8pm with flexibility for overtime on short notice
• £13.20 per hour, temporary and ongoing
