The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence to join a well-established warehouse operation based in Bolton (BL5).

Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance FLT

Safely moving stock throughout the warehouse

Receiving, checking and dispatching goods accurately

Assisting with WEEE processing and general warehouse duties

Maintaining accurate stock records and completing paperwork

Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures

Supporting colleagues to achieve warehouse targets

Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe

Previous warehouse experience

Good understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Understanding of KPIs and service levels (advantageous)

Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
