Welcome and greet tenants, guests, event hosts, visitors, and owners to the building;
Focus on relationship and rapport building with tenants and guests;
Check ARE mailboxes daily, sort and deliver mail to the appropriate recipients;
Receive and redirect deliveries to loading dock or messenger center;
Communicate with tenants to assist with visitor access;
Answer questions regarding the building, neighborhood or campus amenities.
