Part-Time Office Administrator; Floater - Retiree

Crye-Leike is currently seeking Part-Time Office Administrators (Floaters) for Memphis, TN, at our N. Mississippi area branches. This is a part-time, as-needed position that provides coverage at our branches during peak seasons and for vacation and leave of absence relief. We require candidates who are willing to work on an as-needed basis and be flexible with scheduling, as you may be required to cover full days or a full week.

• Provide support for the branch broker manager and real estate associate team in all aspects of paperwork on property transactions.
• Data entry for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Greet and assist visitors/clients.
• General office duties as assigned.

• 2+ years administrative support experience working in an office environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willing to work on an as-needed basis and be flexible with scheduling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Experience in real estate/real estate office is a plus.
