Parts Associate – Homer Skelton Hyundai (Olive Branch, MS)

Full-Time | On-Site

Homer Skelton Hyundai is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Parts Counter-person to join our Parts Department! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping both customers and technicians find exactly what they need, we want to hear from you.

• Assist retail customers and service technicians with parts requests

• Identify correct parts using electronic catalog systems

• Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges

• Maintain inventory accuracy and keep parts department organized

• Receive and stock incoming parts shipments

• Communicate effectively with service department and technicians

• Provide excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone

• Prepare and complete parts invoices

• Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines

• Prior automotive parts experience preferred (Hyundai experience a plus)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and catalog system knowledge

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
