• Compensation:
  • W2 Full Time / Call Taking - $650,000 annually
  • W2 Full Time / Non-call Taking - $560,000 annually
  • 1099 Full Time / Call Taking - $700,000 annually
• $5,000 education stipend
• Premium pay for additional hours worked over scheduled time

• Anesthesia Care Team consists of 2 Physicians and 6 CRNAs
• Annual case volume: 2,220
• Cases include:
  Bread and butter case mix, General, Orthopedics, OB, GYN, Urology, GI
• 3 ORs + Dedicated OB
• Flexible shift options: 10s & 12s - call from home
• Dedicated OB CRNA team
• 320 births annually

• Active state license | DEA | State CDS
• Board certification required
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
