Clemson Creative Academy is a licensed childcare center seeking Floaters/Teacher Aides to work with all age groups.

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience.

Required Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

Compensation: $12–$14/hr based on education and experience.

• Willingness to effectively substitute for any position as needed, covering staff members’ breaks, filling in for their absences, and assuming classroom duties before or after scheduled shifts.
• Demonstrate patience, kindness, and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
• Operate as a team player and be willing to help where needed under the director or lead teacher.
• Physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
