As we enter a new phase of growth and excitement in North America, we are looking for a Territory Service Manager (TSM) to join the team, based in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the key accountabilities of the role include:

• Providing technical support to dealers and customers.
• Managing and resolving technical issues in the field.
• Implementing and overseeing field modifications.
• Providing training and support to dealers.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners.

For this role, the prerequisite is experience and proven success in a similar role. To make an impact in this role, you need to be a self-starting, dynamic individual, passionate about ag machinery and providing excellent customer service. Relevant qualifications are highly regarded, but practical job experience and a willingness to learn on the job will also be considered.
