Parkwood Behavioral Health System (a UHS facility) has provided behavioral health and chemical dependency services to the Mid‑South region since 1987. Located in DeSoto County in north‑west Mississippi, the facility is approximately 7 miles south of Memphis.

• Lead the assessment department in the absence of the director.
• Provide telephone and опыта walk‑in risk assessment and crisis intervention.
• Act as the initial contact for referral sources and potential patients.
• Coordinate the referral and intake process; determine appropriate level of care.
• Facilitate admission, including insurance pre‑certification.
• Maintain communication with referral sources, families, patients, and unit staff.

• Education: Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field.
• Experience: Prefer prior intake, assessment, admission, and crisis intervention experience with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting.
• Licensure / Certification: CPR Certification.
• Knowledge: Prefer knowledge of crisis intervention and ஆல risk assessment, psychiatric diagnoses
