The Seasonal Talent Acquisition
- Recruiter is responsible for providing full-cycle recruitment filling both non - exempt and exempt level positions. The Recruiter will ensure a qualified, diverse candidate pipeline exists for jobs throughout the year and during our company Peak Seasons throughout our Final Mile and Distribution network. This position will collaborate with the HR Department and other Business Unit Leadership, as needed to fill open positions in our regional campus locations.

This hourly position willreportdirectly to our Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

- Recruiter position is located in Olive Branch, MS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 1-3 years of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment, supporting high-volume positions
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel;
