Job Responsibilities:

• Strong experience as a WMS Functional Consultant
• Expertise in Oracle WMS and SCM (OM, Inventory, PO)
• Experience in Production Support and Business Analyst work.
• Coordinate with offshore counterparts on day-to-day activities.
• Able to work on requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis based on the business requirements, documentation (Confluence/Jira), process flow mapping, Visio process flow diagrams, etc.
• Responsible for Oracle WMS functional setups, configurations, WMS Rules, order types, pick release rules, LPN, item setups.
• Customer expectation is a WMS functional consultant with some technical skills.
• Working effectively in an agile development framework, managing Jira backlog, and facilitating daily stand-ups as needed
• Provide key functional consulting support from onsite and work with offshore functional/technical team.
• Provide extensive support to users during UAT with proper user training material/knowledge transfer documentation.
• Possess good and clear communication skills (read, write, and speak). Work directly and closely with customers and end users.

• Understanding and documenting current state business process flows, policies, and procedures, and transforming them into low-level technical requirements.
• Soliciting, understanding, and documenting requirements specific to efficiency and/or strategic initiatives put forth by business partners.
• Creating detailed scope and effort estimates.
• Contributing ideas and information to system design discussions.
• Facilitating meetings in an organized and efficient manner, acting as an effective liaison between business and development team members.

• WMS Solutions Lead in Distribution and Logistics.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to lead the team in resolving sophisticated issues in a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
• Experience in various phases of SDLC and Agile methodology.
• Proficient in data analysis, PL/SQL.
• Solid documentation and technical writing skills for requirements and design specifications.
• Ability to translate and explain complex business logic to a team of developers.
• Ability to translate technical details in business terms to users.
