Are you an experienced Warehouse Management Systems Manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for optimizing inventory management and improving warehouse efficiency? If so, we want you to join our team at DHL Supply Chain!
Role Responsibilities- System Configuration, including setting up parameters, defining workflows, and creating rules for inventory management.
- System Maintenance to ensure the system is properly maintained and updated; identifying and resolving system issues, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring that the system is functioning as expected.
- User Training on how to properly use the system, including creating training materials, delivering training sessions, and providing ongoing support to users.
- Data Analysis from the system to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
- System Integration with other systems, such as ERP or order management systems, to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Technical Support for the DHL site team and customer, and develop and execute test and project plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a similar field, or equivalent experience (required).
- 4+ years of transportation or logistics experience (required).
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role (required).
To be successful, a WMS Manager should have strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in warehouse operations, and be familiar with best practices for inventory management and logistics. They should also be detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
