The primary responsibility of this role is to install, support, and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, hardware, and software used in production and testing environments. Secondary responsibilities include supporting tools and equipment used for production and testing.

Job Responsibilities

Install and set up computers, monitors, printers, scanners, software, and related equipment.

Install and maintain security camera systems for production and test areas.

Provide hands-on support for computer-related issues and requests.

Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep on computers and related equipment.

Collaborate with other IT personnel to ensure compliance with company regulations and requirements.

Order tools and equipment necessary for supporting computer-related hardware and peripherals.

Assemble, issue, and maintain tools and equipment used in production and testing.

Document equipment and tools issued, maintenance records, tooling logs, and asset records.

Provide training to Production or Engineering personnel as needed.
