Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands‑on, results‑driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast‑paced, energetic environment to ensure that customers’ build requirements are understood and disseminated; roll up feedback and respond appropriately to these requests. Manage and execute predefined processes.

• Responsible for build plan of large volume production facility.
• Validate work order integrity.
• Ensure production line balance.
• Release work orders for material pull and production.
• Ensure all planning reports are accurate and up to date.
• Daily correspondence with Manufacturing Operations and Material Supply.
• Ability to work across multiple departments:
  Inventory Control, Material Supply, Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, and Quality.
• Tracks and reports daily/weekly build plans, order status, and demand forecast.
• Provide timely response to program management regarding customer prioritization requests.
• Identify and escalate issues related to meeting production schedules.

• 2 years technical school preferred, or 2 years of related production planning experience.
• At least five years of experience in production environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on high level of experience with Excel.
• Detail oriented. Emphasis on data‑driven communication and retention.
• Ability to learn and understand the processes / capabilities / limitations of internal planning system (MPS).
• Ability to coordinate, and work cooperatively, with various departments and personnel to meet customer commitments.
• Ability to work in standard office setting, including continuous sitting, standing, keyboarding.
• Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and occasional travel for business meetings or training.

$76,500—$84,000 USD DOE
