A day in this role

You clock in at 7:00 AM, join a close-knit team in the Work Order Department, and jump into hands-on production: unpacking, sorting, folding, and preparing items with care. Throughout the day you’ll inspect product quality, build work orders precisely to spec, and package materials for the next stage. The pace is steady and team-focused, with clear goals for accuracy and output.

Most days end at 3:45 PM—but when volume spikes, you’ll extend your shift and occasionally pitch in on weekends.

Schedule Regular:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM Mandatory overtime may extend your shift up to 10 hours and can include weekends

Most overtime is scheduled at the end of the regular shift (beyond 3:45 PM)

REQUIRED:

What you’ll do Unpack, sort, organize, fold, process, and repack products

Follow work order instructions precisely and prepare items accordingly

Inspect products for quality and accuracy

Package completed products for the next production step Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining pace and quality

Stand and move for extended periods and keep your area organized

Meet daily productivity targets and follow PIP safety procedures

Pitch in across production/warehouse tasks as needed

Pay, overtime, and benefits

Regular pay: $14.00/hour Overtime pay: $21.00/hour Overtime availability is essential and may include extended weekday shifts and weekend work based on business needs
