Job Summary

Perfecto Staffing is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join our team! This position is responsible for assembling computer servers, installing hardware components, and preparing finished products for shipment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Unpack and prepare computer chassis and components for assembly.
• Install brackets, screws, labels, switches, and other hardware components.
• Assemble computer parts into chassis using small hand tools and following detailed instructions.
• Install rails and assemble server racks according to specifications.
• Inspect assembled components to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Scan and verify product labels and rack specifications.
• Package completed server racks and prepare products for shipment.
• Assist with recycling materials and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all assembly procedures, safety guidelines, and production requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to use small hand tools and follow detailed assembly instructions.
• Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely work on ladders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to meet production expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience assembling computer hardware, servers, or electronic components.
• Familiarity with production lines and manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of computer components and hardware installation.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while meeting productivity goals.
