Job Summary

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to perform tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

As a FAST Team Member, you should be flexible, service-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining attendance and working varied hours.
• Communicating regularly with the District FAST Supervisor.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintaining visual merchandise standards and completing store-specific measurements.
• Performing cycle counts and signage hanging.
• Assembling merchandise and fixtures.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Appreciate.
• Ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Basic reading, writing, and counting skills are necessary.

Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are important. Ability to work independently and complete assignments with minimal assistance.

Working Conditions

Mostly indoor work with moderate noise, varying shifts, and travel between store locations using personal vehicle. Adherence to safety guidelines is required. The environment includes hard surfaces and outdoor lots with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements

Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and operating equipment. Must be able to handle contact with birds/poultry and complete training.
