reporting to the Service Team Leader, you'll work handson with cutting edge industrial technologies while supporting customers onsite in Memphis, TN or Olive Branch, MS . If you thrive on problem solving, independence, and meaningful impact, this role puts you right at the center of it all.
Install and configure key solutions including Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
Troubleshoot and perform corrective actions across supported hardware and software systems.
Deliver training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective solution adoption.
Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on Chicago Pneumatic and Desoutter tools and equipment.
Document all daily work using company systems while adhering to safety and quality standards.

- STEM degree or equivalent experience in a technical, manufacturing, or software related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software and mechanical solutions in manufacturing (or early career with strong relevant education).
- Strong technical skills in configuring lowcode applications and implementing technologies such as Pivotware, DeMeter, Nexonar, ARG, and tightening/calibration systems.
- Excellent problem solving abilities
, with the capability to use diagnostics, knowledge bases, and tools to resolve issues independently. - Outstanding communication and customer service skills to build rapport and deliver effective training to customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently
, manage time well, and operate professionally in field based environments. - Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada (with occasional travel to Mexico).

Onsite at a customer facility in Memphis, TN / Olive Branch, MS area.
Occasional travel may be necessary for training sessions, meetings, or short-term customer assignments outside the base location (travel and expenses covered).
