Distribution Scheduler 6am-4pm at Milwaukee Tool
Milwaukee Tool is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Distribution Scheduler for a 6am-4pm shift. The role involves coordinating order allocation, wave creation, and collaboration with fulfillment associates to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Responsibilities- Allocate orders and release work to distribution for fulfillment associates to pick and consolidate.
- Complete waves in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure orders are complete, printed, and reviewed prior to picking.
- Update wave sheets and communicate with distribution supervisors when work is ready to be released.
- Allocate product in inventory to outbound orders.
- Verify that fulfillment associates complete orders.
- Balance work among associates throughout the distribution center.
- Maintain overall organization and cleanliness of the assigned area.
- Perform additional duties as required and assigned.
- Education:
high school diploma or equivalent; two‑year degree preferred. - Minimum 5 years of direct or indirect experience in a distribution center leadership role.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Computer skills.
- Manufacturing plant environment.
- General office setting.
- Repetitive motion.
- Able to work in various temperature conditions.
