Overview

Our client, a reputable nursing home in Olney, is currently looking to recruit a permanent Staff Nurse to help provide the highest levels of nursing care to their elderly residents.

• You must be a qualified nurse – RGN or RMN – with a valid NMC PIN
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for elderly and dementia care
• Dedication to providing the highest levels of care
• Previous experience in a similar setting
• Minimum 2 years' nursing experience

• Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care
• Organising and motivating care staff to maintain high standards of care
• May assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff
• Liaising with other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use)
• Providing the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times
