Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep
As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. We'll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

Responsibilities- Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, working in our in‑store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
- Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
- Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be.
- Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
- Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Positive approach to change and problem‑solving.
- Flexibility to work a range of different shifts.
5.45 am – 11.45 am, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, additional availability to be discussed role will also include working in our in‑store bakery.
Full, paid training provided.
