As our Sales Engineer for the Global solutions division of ASSA ABLOY, you will have the opportunity to in this role, you will be accountable for providing focused pre-sales technical and solution assistance to the Traka UK sales team and Post sales support to the wider Traka UK team, existing clients and authorised third parties.

Reporting to the Traka UK Technical Manager, you will be accountable for Offering practical and technical assistance with product demonstrations and answering technical questions for the sales team, customers direct You will need to translate customers’ requirements into achievable solutions and engage directly with the R&D team to put forward developments if required. Whilst also assisting the wider Traka UK business with solution and technical expertise.

You would also:

• Design and deliver integrated key and asset management solutions, including technical specifications and documentation.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales discussions and demonstrations to post-sales support.
• Enable project implementation, complex integrations, SSO solutions, and technical project management activities.
• Work with internal teams to provide training, advanced technical assistance, procurement submissions, and development recommendations.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships by working closely with sales, operations, technical teams, and customers while promoting health and safety standards.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
• Has excellent planning, organisational, and documentation skills .
• Has experience designing, reviewing, and deploying technical solutions.
• Has knowledge of software installation and integrating multiple platforms.
• Has solid IT and networking knowledge, including Microsoft applications, SQL, and TCP/IP.
