RN- Med​/Surg Inpatient

The Medical Surgical staff nurse is a Registered Nurse (RN) who uses the nursing process to provide nursing care to patients receiving therapies within the multidisciplinary activities of the M/S Unit. The RN supervises work assignments of the nursing assistants and is responsible to the Nurse Manager. The RN will provide professional nursing care for all patients of the unit according to the established standards, practices and philosophies of Carle Richland Memorial Hospital (CRMH).

• Provide professional nursing care for patients on the Medical/Surgical Unit in accordance with established standards, practices and philosophies of CRMH.
• Supervise work assignments of nursing assistants and collaborate with the Nurse Manager.

• Certifications:
  
  Licensed Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR);
  Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA)

• Sign on Bonus: $10,000 greater than 1 year of experience; $5,000 less than 1 year of experience; $2,500 Relocation Bonus available (greater than 50 miles). External candidates only.
