Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives and improve/own the estimating/bidding process.
- Mentor Estimating team on best practices and serve as a trusted advisor on the leadership team.
- Use data from internal CRM to analyze win/loss trends, backlog mix, and margin performance.
- Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with sustainable margins and resource capacity.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with project sizes ranging from $5-20mil.
- Relevant degree preferred.
