Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Installer who can hit the ground running. After a six‑week onboarding period, you’ll manage your own installations with confidence and minimal oversight. This is a leadership position for skilled professionals who take pride in delivering high‑quality, precise results on every job.

• Key Responsibilities
  • Lead kitchen remodeling projects, including cabinet installation, refacing, and finishing.
  • Lead full bathroom remodeling projects, including Schluter waterproofing, tile installation, showers, bathtubs, vanities, etc.
  • Lead carpentry projects, including built‑ins, trim/molding, fireplace surrounds, etc.
  • Manage daily jobsite setup, workflow, and completion.
  • Communicate with clients and ensure total satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor installers to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement on‑site solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure tools and materials are organized and ready.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of installation or carpentry experience in interior home remodeling with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training in construction is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑first attitude.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and ability to navigate applications via phone.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks related to construction work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Background checks and a drug test will be performed before employment.

Compensation: $35.00 per hour
