Position OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced Lead Installer who can hit the ground running. After a six-week onboarding period, you’ll manage your own installations with confidence and minimal oversight. This is a leadership position for skilled professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality, precise results on every job.
Key Responsibilities- Lead kitchen remodeling projects, including cabinet installation, refacing, and finishing
- Lead full bathroom remodeling projects, including Schluter (waterproofing) and tile installation, showers and bathtubs, vanities, etc.
- Lead carpentry projects, including built-ins, trim/molding, fireplace surrounds, etc.
- Manage daily jobsite setup, workflow, and completion
- Communicate with clients and ensure total satisfaction
- Train and mentor installers to maintain quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot issues and implement on-site solutions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure tools and materials are organized and ready
Experience: Minimum 5 years of installation or carpentry experience in interior home remodeling with a proven track record of leading successful projects
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training in construction is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and ability to navigate applications via phone
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks related to construction work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Background checks and a drug test will be performed/administered before employment.
