Kitchen Tune-Up specializes in transforming kitchens and bathrooms into beautiful, functional spaces with minimal downtime. We’re known for professionalism, craftsmanship, and creating an exceptional client experience.

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Installer who can hit the ground running. After a six-week onboarding period, you’ll manage your own installations with confidence and minimal oversight. This is a leadership position for skilled professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality, precise results on every job.

• Lead kitchen remodeling projects, including cabinet installation, refacing, and finishing
• Lead full bathroom remodeling projects, including Schluter (waterproofing) and tile installation, showers and bathtubs, vanities, etc.
• Lead carpentry projects, including built-ins, trim/molding, fireplace surrounds, etc.
• Manage daily jobsite setup, workflow, and completion
• Communicate with clients and ensure total satisfaction
• Train and mentor installers to maintain quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues and implement on-site solutions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure tools and materials are organized and ready

Experience: Minimum 5 years of installation or carpentry experience in interior home remodeling with a proven track record of leading successful projects

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or vocational training in construction is a plus.

• Strong leadership and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a client-first attitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and ability to navigate applications via phone

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks related to construction work, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Background checks and a drug test will be performed/administered before employment.
