Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören individuelle Betreuung, Unterstützung im Alltag, Förderung der Lebensqualität und Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen sowie Fachpersonen. Wir suchen motivierte Fachkräfte sowie motivierte Berufseinsteiger mit Empathie und Zuverlässigkeit.
