Die Rolle umfasst die Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen im First-Level-Support und die aktive Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten, insbesondere mit Microsoft 365. Vorteilhaft sind Kenntnisse in Intune und RMM-Tools. Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Diese Position ist 80-100% und bietet die Möglichkeit zur Selbstständigkeit und Teamarbeit.
